Day 3

Day 3
1:40 a.m. The girls die with laughter after watching too much (except really it’s never too much) british comedy featuring Catherine Tate as Lauren Cooper (just an example http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JpgVokQEchA)
9:40 the girls poke their heads outside, still cloudy
(in between time which lacked good updating, but basically consisted of attempts at planning the day and such like)
11:14 The sun comes out!!! Girls are greatly happy to see something other than rain
11:16 Carolyn heads out with her camera to take pictures since the sun is out
12:05 Carolyn drags out her photography book and starts to read about how to work her camera
1:07 Annabel outs to get her boy toy and his friends from the bus stopped ‘cause they’d just shipped in from Boston. Taylor and Carolyn stay at the apartment at work on random senior program stuff
2:20 The crew (now girls + boys) head out to the Village to meet Elizabeth (Louise’s godmother)
2:38 The Crew experiences physics on the subway
2:46 still quoting Catherine Tate (I still ain’t bovvered!)
3:15 Elizabeth finds us
3:32 the rest of the crew heads off, Elizabeth and Carolyn head up to the 150’s to go to a graveyard for photography
CAROLYN:
3:40 While on the subway Carolyn makes friends with a small child, and spends most of the ride making various faces at him, which he imitates
4:11 they made it to the graveyard only to discover that it closed at 4. Fun times. But Carolyn got some great photos before (and after this point as well actually, will post some soon, she needs to go through and edit them, which she will do after writing this)
5:15 Elizabeth and Carolyn head back
ANNABEL:
3:45 Annabel, Taylor, and the boys discover that since they have absolutely no clue what to do, they will stop in a best buy and try to fix Taylor's camera. Unfortunately, Taylor does not have her camera. Mega oops.
4:00 Taylor and Annabel introduce the boys to gelato. All is right with the world.
4:15 Awesome elderly lady asks Taylor, Annabel, and the boys if she can take their picture for her photography class. They oblige, of course.
4:35 Elderly lady returns out of boredom. She has waited in line for help from her instructor who is apparently quite busy. The boys give her their email addresses so they can have the pictures when she's finished.
4:40 Taylor/Annabel/Boys crew heads over to join Carolyn and Elizabeth

5:45 The Crew is back together and head out after meeting at Elizabeth’s office
6:20 The Crew gets dinner in Time’s Square at Shake Shack
6:51 Carolyn gives Annabel one of her pickle slices because Annabel forgot to get any. Annabel is happy.
7:09 the girls ditch the boys at the bus stop and catch the subway back to the apartment
7:14 Taylor realizes she’s Italian. Then thinks that she’s not.
7:17 Taylor almost dies on the subway
7:17 super awkward PDA couple on the subway
7:18 yep on the subway
7:18 still on the subway
7:21 still on the subway
7:27 Annabel fails on the subway
7:40 the girls are back at the apartment
8:20 Harrison skypes Carolyn. Happy day. Best friends talk for a long time. So nice to see his face.
10:00ish Taylor and Carolyn go to the store, which Annabel said was open.
10:09 Store is closed. What is this.
10:27 Carolyn begins typing up the daily log
11:31 Annabel and Carolyn might go to the Empire State building in the morning
12:20 Carolyn is tired and goes to sleep.
